Peru is the Latin American country with the highest wage gap between mean and women, 29.2% On International Women’s Day we intervened the price of products and services from our affiliate stores so they would be worth 29.2% less for our female clientele. This, in conjunction with other actions, helped us raise awareness starting a much needed conversation around this issue.
